Wildenna “Denny” Albin
A celebration of life for longtime Lamar resident, Wildenna Albin, affectionately known to her family and friends as Denny will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Lamar Christian Church with Ian Blacker officiating. Interment will follow at the Fairmount Cemetery.
Visitation for Denny will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 3:00PM until 7:00PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Denny was born on October 17, 1931 at Ventura, California to Thomas Wilden and Ida Maude (Boller) Hardeman and passed away on November 11, 2017 at her home in Lamar with her family by her side at the age of 86.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Lyndee Chris; her parents and her siblings, Roberta Wold and Thomas Hardeman.
Denny is survived by her husband, Wayne Albin of the family home in Lamar, daughters, Julie (Bruce) Moore of LaSalle, CO, Jan Alexander, Laurie (John) Siegmund all of Fort Collins, CO and Tammy (Robert) Hawkins of Highlands Ranch, CO. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, her sister, Carolyn Jeanne Walker of Visalia, CA as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
