A Celebration of Life for lifetime Prowers County area resident, Tressa V. Smith will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, July 1, 2016 at the Lamar Christian Church with Ian Blacker officiating. Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
Visitation for Tressa will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Tressa was born on March 2, 1919 to Allen B. and Mary Alta (Green) Bradshaw and passed away at the Lamar Estates on June 29, 2016 at the age of 97.
Tressa is preceded in death by her husband Levi L. Smith, parents, her daughter Levina Hart, and her two brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Virginia Dooley of Manitou Springs, CO, Alice (Vernon) Mauch of Lamar, CO. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice or the Lamar Christian Church Building Fund either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
