Tamara Sue “Tammy” Mata

 A come and go celebration of life memorial service for longtime Lamar, Colorado resident, Tamara Sue Mata, affectionately known to her family and friends as Tammy, will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Wiley Community Center.

 Tammy was born on February 11, 1963 at Twin Falls, Idaho to Larry Dean and Joyce S. (Tilson) Woodall and passed away on July 21, 2024 at the Lamar Estates Nursing Home in Lamar, Colorado with her family by her side at the age of 61.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Tracie Woodall, nephew Manuel Licano and her Aunt Verma Tilson.

 Tammy is survived by her children Crystal (Ryan) Walter of Calhan, CO and Matthew (Shalah) Mata of Lamar, CO, grandchildren Caleb, Micah, Bentley, Leeanna, Izaiah, Joshua and Dominic, siblings Terri (Gerald) Taulman of Lamar, CO and Toni Younkin of Denver, CO as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
