A celebration of life memorial service for Bristol resident, Sarah Ann Adame will be held at 10:30 AM Thursday May 25, 2017 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Pastor Paul Floyd of the High Plains Fellowship Church officiating.
Per Sarah’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Sarah Ann Adame was born on August 15, 1968 in Lamar, Colorado to James L. Poe and Melvina F. Satterly-Poe and departed this life on Thursday May 18, 2017 at the Holly Nursing Care Center in Holly, Colorado at the age of 48.
Sarah was preceded in death by her mother – Melvina Poe.
Sarah is survived by her father – James L. Poe of Lamar; by her siblings – Susan Poe of Bristol; Jennifer (Mike) Page; Sandra (Richard) Churchill; James (Sharon) Poe; and Melissa (Andrew) Sena all of Lamar; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Lamar Area Hospice either directly or through the funeral home office.
