Sandy Jo Villa
A mass of Christian burial for lifetime Lamar resident, Sandy Jo Villa will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Reverend Mariusz Wirkowski as celebrant. A rosary service will be held prior to the mass at 9:30AM with Maria Elena Gomez reciting. Inurnment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
Per Sandy’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Sandy was born on April 28, 1967 at Lamar, Colorado to Manuel and Dolores Ann (Ybarra) Granados and passed away on May 22, 2018 at University Hospital in Aurora with her family by her side at the age of 51.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Dolores Granados.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Eddie Villa of the family home in Lamar, her children, Felipe (Candace) Silvas and Nathaniel Granados all of Broomfield, CO, Keith Villa of Fort Worth, TX, Diego Villa and Elycia Villa both of Lamar and her father, Manuel Granados. She is also survived by her siblings, Barbara (Tom) Romero of Pueblo, CO, Georgiann (Julius) Belton of Katy, TX, Trisha (Devin) Phillips of Johnstown, CO and Tiffany Granados of Lamar as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
