 A memorial celebration for former Lamar, Colorado resident currently of Longwood, Florida resident Patsy Smith will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, September 06, 2024 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Fred Bozeman and Roger Smith co-officiating. 

 Patsy was born on March 17, 1934 at Lamar, Colorado to Millard B. and Anna (Bissett) Helsel and passed away on August 19, 2024 at the Advent Health Hospice Care in Altamonte Springs, Florida with her family by her side at the age of 90.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Thomas Smith, son Curtis Smith, siblings Iona Hardesty, Laurence Helsel, Charlene Fry, LeVere Helsel, Donald Helsel, Clayton Helsel and George Helsel.

 Patsy is survived by her son Roger (Tonya) Smith, granddaughters Jessica and Heather Smith all of Oviedo, FL as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.

 Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Senior center either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
