A memorial service for lifetime Lamar resident, Patsy S. Colclazier was held at 11:00AM on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Lamar Christian Church with Ian Blacker officiating. Interment was held at Fairmount Cemetery.
Per Patsy’s request cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation.
Patsy was born on September 14, 1947 to George Washington and Edna Effie (Jenkins) Field and passed away on April 18, 2016 at her home in Lamar with her family by her side at the age of 68.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother George Washington Field, Jr..
Patsy is survived by her husband, Don Colclazier of the family home in Lamar; daughter, Wynndy (Ken) Johnson; grandchildren, Aran and Alison Johnson all of Las Vegas, NV and her sisters, Thelma L. Turner of Papillion, NE and Rethabel (James) Huff of Rocky Ford, CO. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a ridiculously large number of friends also survive.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
