A memorial service for longtime Lamar resident, Patricia L. Judd, affectionately known to her family and friends as Pat, was held on Friday, September 19, 2014 at 2:00PM at Fairmount Cemetery.
Per Pat’s request cremation took place and there was no visitation.
Pat was born on February 14, 1931 at Denver, Colorado to William J. and Bessie B. (Thorpe) Logue and passed away on September 12, 2014 at Prowers Medical Center with her family by her side at the age of 83.
She is preceded in death by her first husband; Harry Gist, Jr., second husband; William R. “Bill” Judd, her parents, R.W. and Bessie B. Ray, sisters; Georgia M. Smith and Willa Schwalm, brother; Robert Ray and step-son; Curtis Judd.
Pat is survived by her children; Harry R. Gist and Gail L. Gist of Lamar, step-daughter; Brenda (John) Higgens of Genoa, CO, grandchildren; Charles, Sarah, Chrystal, Jenna, Celton, Meagan, Ashley and Layne. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren; Dakota, Jonathan, Taylor and Abigail as well as numerous other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
