Margaret Ann Murray
A celebration of life for longtime Granada resident, Margaret Ann Murray will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Reverend Kathy Leathers officiating. Interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery in Granada, Colorado.
Per Margaret’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Margaret was born on November 11, 1936 at Lamar, Colorado to Jimmy and Carol (Simpson) McGee and passed away on August 16, 2018 at the Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 81.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leon Murray, her parents and her grandson, Lyndon Wagner.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Lanette (Tom) Wagner of Holly, CO and Joy Jean (Malcom) Schnabel of Fort Morgan, CO, her grandchildren, Joshua Schnabel, Landi Wagner, Kyle (Miranda) Schnabel and Shawn Schnabel and five great-grandchildren, Eleora, Casen, Seth, Camden and Asher. She is also survived by her brother, James (Myrna) McGee of Bristol, CO as well as numerous other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Granada United Methodist Church either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
