A memorial service for Lifelong Lamar resident, Emma Lorraine Eddleman will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Peacock Family Chapel with Ian Blacker of the Lamar Christian Church officiating. Inurnment will follow at
Fairmount
Cemetery.
Per
Lorraine’s request cremation will take place and there will be no public visitation.
Lorraine was born on November 30, 1928 at
Lamar, Colorado to Lee Acker and Leona Maude (Woolman) Rose and passed away on September 9, 2010 at the age of 81.
She is preceded in death by her husband; M.H. “Beef” Eddleman, her parents, son; Brian Lee Eddleman, and brothers; Frank Clyde Rose and Wayne Burl Rose.
Lorraine is survived by her children; Doug (Juanita) Eddleman of the family home in Lamar, Alan (Betty) Eddleman of Firestone,
Colorado, and Cindie (Keith) Bolz of Covington, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Sarah, Jessica, Derek (Charity) and Brooke Eddleman. She is also survived by her brother; Clark (Anna Mae) Rose of Denver, Colorado, Sisters-in-Law; Virginia Rose of Lamar, Maxine Rose of
Kansas City, Kansas, and Irene Venn, and brother-in-law; Harold “Howdy” Eddleman, as well as numerous other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lamar Area Hospice and/or charity of ones choice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
