Lois “Lee” Randles Davis Emick
A Celebration of life for longtime Lamar resident, Lois “Lee” Randles Davis Emick, affectionately known to her family and friends as Lee,was held at 10:00AM on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the Lamar Christian Church with Ian Blacker and Ray Matteson co-officiating. Interment followed in Fairmount Cemetery.
Visitation for Lee was held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Lee was born on February 2, 1927 at Cheyenne Valley, Oklahoma to Lewis Lee and Sarah Olive (Bays) Edwards and passed away on April 29, 2013 at the Holly Nursing Care Center at the age of 86.
She is preceded in death by her father; Lewis Lee Edwards, mother; Sarah Olive Edwards Bullard, adoptive father; Charles A. Bullard, husbands; Charles M. “Chuck” Randles, Philip Davis, Tony Emick, brothers; Charles King Bullard and Jerry Keith Bullard, sister; Alberta Joy Bullard Scobee, sister-in-law; Kathryn Bullard and nephews; Terry Kim Bullard and Roger Dean Scobee.
Lee is survived by her children; Charles R. “Dick” Randles, Gayla Deneise (Dale) Randles-Butler, three grandchildren; Philip Butler, Laurie (CB) Crum and BradyButler and six great-grandchildren; Nicholas, Athena, Blayke, Ashtyn, Peytan and Teylan. She is also survived by her sister-in-law; Marilyn Bullard of Pueblo, sisters; Jewel Elaine Bullard LaDou of Alva, OK, and Seva Lou Bullard of Lawton, OK as well as a host of Edwards, Bays and Bullard cousins.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
