A graveside celebration of life for longtime Wiley resident, Joyce Hallford will be held at 3:00PM on Monday, July 31, 2017 at the Wiley Cemetery with Pastor Mike Schneider of the Wiley Community Church officiating.
Visitation for Joyce will be held on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 9:00AM until 1:00PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Joyce was born on February 18, 1932 at Littlefield, Texas to Lewis Farmer and Lola Mae (Brown) Cates and passed away on July 28, 2017 at Lamar Estates Nursing Home in Lamar at the age of 85.
She is preceded in death by her 1st husband, Ira Hoover, Jr., 2nd husband, JC Hallford, her parents and four siblings.
Joyce is survived by her children; Dan (Pam) Hoover, Sheila (Doug) Semmens all of Wiley, Karen (Mike) Weber and Jon (Pam) Hallford all of Lamar. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lamar Estates Christmas Fund either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
