A celebration of life memorial service for longtime Bristol, Colorado resident, Jerry K. Park will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the Life Center Four Square Church with Pastor Manual Tamez officiating. Private family inurnment of ashes will be held at a later date.
Per Jerry’s request cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation.
Jerry was born on May 15, 1939 at Cherokee, Oklahoma to Keith Monroe and Hazel Ella (White) Park and passed away on December 20, 2018 at his home in Bristol, Colorado with his family by his side at the age of 79.
He is preceded in death by his son, Jim Park; his parents and his sister, Peggy Lynn Pollart.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Betty Park of the family home in Bristol, CO; children, Jana (Steve) Schuttler of Highlands Ranch, CO and John (Cathy) Park of Bristol, CO and his grandchildren, Kieran Cline, Madison Park, Joshua Park, Gianna Park, Jeremiah Park, Samantha Schuttler and Ethan Schuttler. He is also survived by his sister, Judy (Bill) Hieronymus of Bristol, CO as well as numerous nephews, nieces to include, Penny Pollart of Canyon, TX, and daughter-in-law, Janine Park of Bristol, CO other family and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice and/or Peacock Funeral Home in support of the Stockings for Soldiers either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
