A celebration of life memorial service for longtime Lamar resident, Janice L. Norfleet will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, June 7, 2019 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Ian Blacker of the Lamar Christian Church officiating.
Per Janice’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Janice was born on September 22, 1944 at Platteville, Colorado to Jesse and Pauline (Washburn) Talbert and passed away on May 29, 2019 at the Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 74.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Larry, Leroy and Charles Talbert.
Janice is survived by her husband, Dewey Norfleet of the family home in Lamar; siblings, Helen Swarts of Hudson, CO, Bonnie Talbert of Fort Lupton, CO and Eugene Talbert of Craig, Colorado as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Hospital either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
Services are under the direction of the Peacock Family.
