Henry Paulsen
A Memorial Service for longtime Lamar resident C. Henry Paulsen was held at 1:00 PM, Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Peacock Chapel with Ian Blacker of the Lamar Christian Church officiating. Interment of Henry’s ashes followed the service at the Wiley Cemetery under the auspices of the Lamar Masonic Lodge #90 AF & AM.
Per Mr. Paulsen’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there was no public viewing.
Henry was born on March 1, 1944 at Anaheim, California to Rudolph Frederick and Freda Augusta Amelia (Heinze) Paulsen and passed at Swedish Hospital in Englewood, CO on December 16, 2013 following a sudden illness. Henry was 69.
He is preceded in death by his parents and cousin Bill Heinze.
Henry is survived by his wife Linda of the family home north of Lamar; daughters Isa Paulsen of Wiley and Emily of Lamar as well as many friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice or to the Camp Amache Improvement Fund either direct or in care of the Peacock Funeral Home.
