A private memorial service for longtime Lamar resident, Gary W. Hale was held on Friday, October 12, 2012 at the Hasty Fire House.
Gary was born on February 2, 1957 at Eads, Colorado to Ray and Ona Belle (Baldwin) Hale and passed away at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs on October 9, 2012 at the age of 55.
He is survived by two sons; James (Emily) Hale and Nicholas (Crystal) Hale both of Wakeeney, KS; seven grandchildren, former wife Ellen Hale of Wakeeney, KS and his siblings; Jess (Rita) Hale, Rodney Hale and Ruby Ann Folton as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
