Enedina L. “Nancy” Perez

A Funeral Mass for longtime Wiley resident, Nancy Perez will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday January 12, 2018 at St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Lamar with Rev. Mariusz Wirkowski officiating. Rita Ybarra will recite the Rosary to be held prior to the Mass at 10:30 also at the church.

A Rite of Committal will follow at the Wiley Cemetery in Wiley, Colorado.

Visitation for Nancy will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 3:00PM until 7:00PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.

Nancy was born on May 14, 1933 at Big Bend, Colorado to Sesario and Ysidora (Lucero) Aguilera and passed away at her home in Wiley on January 9, 2018 at the age of 84.

Mrs Perez is preceded in death by her husband Benjamin; parents; son Albert and her siblings Daria Hernandez, Frank Aguilera and Marge Aguilera.

She is survived by her children; Mike (Shiela) Perez of Pueblo, Angela (Bob) Campbell of Wiley, Anita (Lanny) Williams of Wiley, Patty Howarth of West Palm, Florida, Evelyn Presto and Doug Cash of Wiley, Henry (Nery) Perez of West Palm, Florida, Larry Perez and Cindy Perez both of Pueblo. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as her daughter-in-law Maritza Perez of Miami.

Also surviving are her siblings; Sally Jacobs of Wiley, Emma Ortiz of Denver, Lawrence (Marcela) Aguilera of Wiley, Willie (Regina) Aguilera of Colorado City, Inez Rogers of Hector, AR, Ray (Elaine) Aguilera of Pueblo, Joe (Linda) Aguilera of Las Animas, Mary (Everett) Babb of La Junta, CO and Carol Aguilera all of Pueblo West, CO. Numerous other relatives and a host of friends also survive.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
