A mass of Christian Burial for longtime Lamar resident, Eddie Andrade will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Reverend Gopep Sylvestor Luke as celebrant. A rosary service will be held prior to the mass at 9:30AM at the church with Deacon Allan Medina reciting. Interment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery in Lamar.

Visitation for Eddie will be held from 1:00PM until 3:00PM on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the Peacock Family Chapel.

Eddie was born on April 28, 1935 at Lamar, Colorado to Vincente and Josephina (Melgosa) Andrade and passed away on August 18, 2019 at the Parkview Medical Center at the age of 84.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Lupie Andrade, his parents, and his siblings, Angel Andrade; Rose Garcia; Frank Andrade, Lupe Andrade, Roger Andrade, Mary Montez and Dora Ortiz.

Eddie is survived by his daughters, Audrey Andrade of Lamar and Annette (Edward) Medina of Granada; his sons, Arnold Andrade and Alfred Andrade both of Denver, CO, Allen Andrade of Lamar and Aric Andrade of Denver, CO; ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Jesse (Vickie) Andrade of Lamar, Vincente Andrade of Holly, Paul Andrade of Denver, CO, Gloria (John) Gallegos of Thornton, CO as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Southeast Colorado Cancer Initiative either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
