A Mass of Christian Burial for longtime Lamar resident, Carmen Andrade will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, April 13, 2015 at St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Charlie Sena as the Celebrant. A rosary service will be held at 9:30 AM Monday, prior to the Mass with Deacon Allan Medina reciting. Interment will follow the Mass at Riverside Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Carmen was born on October 26, 1921 at Lamar, Colorado to Carlos and Maria (Perez) Chavira and passed away at her home on April 6, 2015 at the age of 93.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Rogelio Andrade, her parents and her siblings; Sam Chavira, Rachael Martinez and Consuelo Melgoza.
Carmen is survived by her daughter; Delores (Marcelino) Sena of Denver, CO, grandchildren; Jennifer (Larry) Ramos of Littleton, CO and Michael (Julie) Sena of Richland, WA, great-grandchildren; Nicole Sena of Parker, CO, Ryan Sena and Alicia Sena of Arvada, CO and Morgan Ramos, Tyler Ramos of Littleton, CO and Jeremiah Daumer of Arvada. She is also survived by her sister; Esther Andrade of Lamar as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
