A Memorial Celebration was held for longtime Lamar resident, William G. “Bill” Arnold at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 31, 2014 at the Lamar First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Rory Gillespie and Ray Matteson of the Lamar Christian Church officiating.
Per Bill’s request cremation has taken place.
Bill was born on December 6, 1937 at Hamelin, Germany to Frederick and Molli Arnold and passed away at his home with his family by his side on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the age of 76.
Bill is survived by his wife, Judy of the family home, his daughter and their husbands; Kelly (Kenny) Emick of Lamar and Kristen (Thad) Livingston of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren; Dylan, Casey Austen, Katie, Jack and Tatum as well as other relatives and many friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Lamar Area Hospice, Lamar Tree Board or to the charity of one’s choice either direct or through the Peacock Funeral Home.
