A Memorial Celebration for Lamar resident Betty J. Entz was held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Pastor Harold Bohl of the Lamar First Southern Baptist Church officiating.
Betty was born on December 18, 1943 at Eads, Colorado to Clarence J. and Bobbie L. (Cox) Weber and passed away at Prowers Medical Center in Lamar on August 31, 2012 at the age of 68.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Johnny Weber.
Mrs. Entz is survived by her husband Walter of the family home in Lamar, daughter Barbara Long and fiancé Ozzie Hoeme of Scott City, KS and a son Duane (Teresa) Entz of Lamar. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Brendan Wallace, Ashley Entz, Levi (Caitlin) Entz, Cori (Greg) Callahan, Cody Entz, Chris and Jessica Wetherington; great grandchildren Gracelynn and Abbey as well other relatives and many friends including her Aunt Lois Flanagan of Hoback Junction, Wyoming.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home.
