A Celebration of Life for Colorado Springs resident, formerly of Springfield and Lamar; Barbara Maestas affectionately known to her family and friends as Bobbi, was held at 11:00AM on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Lamar United Methodist Church with Reverend Kathy Leathers and Reverend Ramon Robledo officiating. Interment was held at the Springfield Cemetery in Springfield, CO following services.
Visitation for Bobbi was held on Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 1:00PM until 5:00PM at the Peacock Family Chapel.
Bobbi was born on July 31, 1959 at Denver, Colorado to Ivan and Anita (Roweth) Dunsworth and passed away on March 11, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO at the age of 53.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Anita Dunsworth.
Bobbi is survived by her husband; Steven Maestas, daughter; Larissa Van Skike, son; Jason William Van Skike, three grandchildren; Kaitlyen, Karmin and Alyssa all of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by her father Ivan Dunsworth of La Junta, CO as well as other family and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Barbara Maestas Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
