Dennis Mooney

          A Memorial Service for longtime Lamar resident, Dennis Mooney was held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Lisa Semmenlink officiating. Interment followed at Fairmount Cemetery.

          Dennis was born on May 30, 1952 at Elk City, Oklahoma to Everett Arthur and Valeta Melrose (Wright) Mooney. He passed away on December 21, 2008 at Prowers medical Center in Lamar, Colorado at the age of 56.

          Per Dennis’s request, there was no public viewing.

          Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Peacock Funeral Home.
