Louise Ann Hodges Memorial services were held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, November 1, 2007 at the Peacock Family Chapel for Louise Ann Hodges, longtime resident of Center, Colorado and currently of Lamar. Pastor John Morrison of the Lamar Missionary Baptist Church will officiate. Ms Hodges was born on Thursday, April 18, 1935 at Albia, Iowa to Edward and Gladys (Rowley) Anderson. She passed away on Friday, October 19, 2007 at the Juniper Village at Lamar. She was 72. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "R.E." Hodges, mother Gladys Anderson, father Edward Anderson and her step father, Arnold Anderson. Louise is survived by her daughter, Christy and husband Steve "Tiny" Johnson of Lamar. Her son, Glen and wife Sue Hodges of Monte Vista, CO. Grandchildren; Tim Hodges, Michael Hodges, Zackary Johnson and Sid Johnson as well as a brother-in-law, Larry (Wanda) Hodges of Byers, CO and nieces; Lauri (Roger) Keathley of Aurora, CO, Linda Hodges-Saulters of Byers, CO. Also surviving are many cousins and her many friends in Center, Colorado. A Memorial service in Center, Colorado will take place at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 10, 2007 at the First Baptist Church. Memorial Contributions can be made to the GFWC/CFWC Town and Country Club Scholarship Fund of Center, CO directo or in care of the funeral home office.
