Mark Anthony Gonzales
A Service of Celebration for Las Animas Resident, Mark A. Gonzales was held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 24, 2009 at the Peacock Family Chapel with Pastor Manuel Tamaz of the Life Center Foursquare Gospel Church officiating.
Per Mark’s request cremation will take place and there will be no visitation.
Mark was born June 3, 1982 at Las Animas, Colorado to Lardo Diaz and Molly Gonzales and passed away on January 15, 2009 at the age of 26.
Mark is preceded in death by his grandparents; Juan M. and Esther R. Gonzales.
He is survived by his fiancé; Amelia Avila of Las Animas, children; Josiah Avila of Las Animas, Isaiah and Tianna Gonzales of Pueblo, his mother; Molly Gonzales of Lamar, brothers; Joe (Emmelina) Gonzales, Chris (Christie Ortega) Isom, Henry Isom all of Lamar, and Josh (Cheyenne) Isom of Pueblo, sisters; Sonia Diaz and Laura Diaz both of Loveland, Colorado. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Allisha, Alexandria, Jonathin, Jordan, Jozlynn, Latrell, Mekhi, Azaleah, Zoey, Anthony and Josiah as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
