for Winnie Flora My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. I have many fond memories of time at your home or at the counter at Rexalls during my high school years. Because he was younger, I didn't know Justin very well, but many great times were spent with Leigh and the rest of our friends. Many years have passed and the miles of separation is great. I do remember you and my condolences to your family.
Sincerely, Nancy Perillo |
To the Flora Family: My mom worked for your folks as a soda jerk. We lost her on Feb. 1, 2008, and I still find myself wanting to call her and tell her things. I remember your folks growing up. What nice people they were. So sorry for your loss. Linda (Reyher) Downey |
Gus, So sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. I have many fond memories of her and your dad there at the Rexall. Dick McCloughan Murfreesboro, TN |
Leigh and Bill, Jus and Laney, and families,
You know how much we thought of Winnie. I always thought of her as one of the strongest woman that I have known but yet one of the gentlest. I can still see the twinkle in her eyes when I quit my job at the drug store one day and asked to have it back the next. She was a woman I always looked up to and I will miss her--we both will.
Our love, Beth and Brad

Dear Justin, Leigh and Families:
I was so sad to read about the passing of your mother. Sister Beth let me know the last time that we were together that your mom was failing very quickly. When quality of life diminishes, saying good bye isn't quite so hard, but the void will remain forever. Treasure the wonderful days you shared together and hold these close to your heart.
Both Winnie and Lee were so wonderful to Beth and myself when we were growing up in Lamar. I remember them both as being very hard working, honest and sincere parents. What more could you ever wish for.
Hopefully the tough days ahead will soon pass and the wonderful memories of your parents will put a smile on your face when you often think about them and relive those special days you had as a family.
Our hearts and prayers are with you,
Bill and Cathy Berg Fort Collins, Colorado |
