Online Condolences | | Dear Maxine and all of the Dashner Family. I cannot possibly express our deep sadness to hear of Paul's passing. He and Maxine were two of the first people we met when my wife, Cindy, and I moved to Lamar so many years ago. We will always cherish the countless times we gathered to share so many wonderful times together. A kinder, more gentler man I have never known. He was a true gentleman. We will always remember Paul and be proud of the fact that we were fortunate to have known him. Our deepest love and sympathies to you all, Dan and Cindy Peacock | | Friday, July 6, 2007 My Dear Maxine, Karen, Kathy, Larry, & Mary, I am reaching my hand, as Miracle is reaching her paw, out to each one of you in understanding sympathy. Mr. Paul was a great man, husband, father, and true friend to many. A few years ago I was able to tell Paul in person. What an honor it would have been for him to be my earthly father! Several things we loved about Paul were: His strong faith in God, quoting bible verse's, prayers of blessings over us as we were leaving, his smile, friendly hello, true love for his wife, children, friends, and animals. I was blessed in Paul's later life to enjoy a game of cards on several occasions at the Dashner's home. I want to thank each one of you for being there for me when I lost each one of my family members. If we can help in anyway, no we care. Ed and Miracle DePiesse |
