My name is Karen Sperra and I am a member of the Wiley Brethren Ladies Aid. Roxie used to come out and join us and we loved her so much. She loved to tease and to be teased. Pat Cash and I would have come to the funeral if we had known about her passing. We read it in Wednesday's paper and the service was over. Roxie was a beautiful person and we will miss her. Even when she couldn't come to Ladies Aid any longer, we sent cards to let her know that we were thinking about her. We will miss her. May God be with all of you at this time. Karen Sperra

To all of Roxie's family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Cheryl and Kelly, you have been lucky to have lived so close to her these past few years! You did an excellent job taking care of all her needs and always know how much she appreciated all you did for her. She loved you all very much and I'm sure she is saving you a place next to her. She will never be further away than your memories and thoughts can take you. If we can do anything in the days to come, please just let us know! All our love, Marge, Ed and family |
To the family of Roxie We are so sorry to hear of Roxie passing away. She was such a wonderful lady with such a great personality. When I was selling Stanley Home Products I did not like to drive to Pueblo to the Meetings so Roxie and I was talking one day and I was telling her about this and she said sign me up Ill go with you up there I sure dont mind driving and this is what started many years of her being such a good friend to me. Her laugh was contagious and her smile lit up her whole face. Just knowing her through the years of us living in the Hasty- Mcclave Area brought many happy times. She will be missed.
